Joint Parish Secretary

About me: I am a long-time Immanuel member, married to Duane, and can be found somewhere between the farm near Bejou, Union Lake, or Detroit Lakes. We are blessed with two children and 5 grandchildren who all live nearby. In 2016, I retired from Garden Valley Telephone after 38 years of service. I have served as parish secretary for the One in Spirit Lutheran Parish since 2016 and now serve as parish secretary for our Joint Parish.

Duties: -Preparing weekly bulletins -Preparing, printing, and mailing newsletters -Maintaining contact lists

Julie Gevik

Gary-Rindal Parish Secretary

About me: I grew up in the Beaulieu, Oklee, and Erskine areas, attended tech school in Thief River Falls, and now live near Fertile on a spot of land. I have worked at the Shooting Star Casino for 28 years and have been a church secretary for over 2 years. If time allows, I love to read or watch movies and truly enjoy a good thunderstorm.

Duties: -Maintaining records and office work for Gary, Ness, and Sundal. -Printing and distributing bulletins. -Supporting other staff and volunteers with office duties.

Anita Roy

Our Savior’s Secretary

About me: I grew up in McIntosh, MN and have been a life-long member of Our Savior’s church. I am married to Dean Roy, and we live in McIntosh. We have 2 kids: Dylan attends UND and Kalli is a 7th grader at Win-E-Mac. I enjoy attending local sporting events that my kids are in and camping with family in the summertime.

Duties: -Maintaining records and office work for Our Savior’s. -Printing bulletins. -Supporting other staff and volunteers with office duties.
