Ministry Site Profile Survey

A New Journey Lutheran Parish needs the wisdom of many of its members to glean the best answers to put forward to potential pastoral candidates in our Ministry Site Profile paperwork. The Ministry Site Profile (MSP) provides a form the Call Committee uses to describe ministry, the mission field, existing and future planned ministries, the leadership qualities needed, and what support and encouragement the pastor being called can expect. The completed MSP is shared with potential pastoral candidates to consider before an interview is scheduled.

A New Journey Lutheran Parish Call Committee (Cheryl Hagy and Keith Olson from Ness; Kelsi Gunufson and Wanda Stordahl from Our Savior’s; Sue Steinmetz and Duane Gunderson from Immanuel; Abby Stueness and Skyler Moen from Gary) invites responses to the survey below that will assist them in drafting an MSP. Each person taking the survey may name their congregation.
